I don’t know the English name for it but base on the reactions under the young man who shared the photos on twitter, many people love it and according to them, the fried one is very delicious.
They are Palm tree Caterpillars. Usually found in the soft barks of felled palm trees. Super rich in nutrients, so you can eat them raw or stir fry them with light salt according to some people who tasted it before.
