Ghana shot-stopper Razak Abalora looks set to make his official return to the Ghana Premier League as he has been named in the XI for the all-important game.
The 24-year-old, who was post for Ghana when the Black Stars recorded a heavy 5-1 win over Qatar in an international friendly game in October, last played in the Ghana Premier League in 2017 for WAFA.
After leaving WAFA the goalkeeper joined Tanzanian outfit Azam FC where he made 100 appearances for the club in three seasons winning the Kagame Interclub Cup in 2018 and the Mapinduzi Cup in 2018 and 2019. He was also voted Azam FC’s Best Player for three seasons on a trot.
Kotoko signed the goalkeeper after he left Azam in 2020 and became a free agent. His debut for the Porcupine Warriors was delayed due to COVID-19 positive test and stiffer competition from Felix Annan and Kwame Baah.
