Member of Parliament For North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has rendered an account to his constituents for the month of January.
The young politician is admired by many as a result of his unselfish interest in representing his people in parliament and he keeps proving that everyday.
Whiles some MP’s are struggling to make any impact in their constituencies, Hon. Ablakwa has already completed some major interventions within a month after being sworn into power.
His intentions as he stated in a Facebook post was headlined by provision of 75 scholarships to tertiary students, he also revealed he successfully connected potable water to different villages among others.
“In our first month for this new term as MP of my beloved North Tongu: we have granted 75 scholarships to tertiary students, completed all medical obligations towards victims of Fodzoku/Torgome road accident, connected potable water and provide a Giant poly tank for the village of Salaga, we are assisting the youth of Aveyime construct a new volleyball court, donated hundreds of life jackets to all river crossing points, distributed free wheelchairs to all PWDs,construct led a new transport station at Dorfor-Kpomkpo, ordered more laptops for tertiary students and organized a musical talent discovery and support program which has secured quite some lucrative agreements for our young talents”. The MP stated.
