Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Gyasi hit the back of the net to propel Spezia to an amazing 2-1 away win over Sassuolo in the Serie A on Saturday.
The 27-year-old struck the game’s only goal in the 78th minute against a struggling Sassuolo side at the Mapei Stadium – Città del Tricolore.
Gyasi’s strike has help lifted Spezia further away from the drop zone.
The former Torino youth team player stretched to apply a leg to connect a header from Albanian Ardian Ismajli to snatch victory for the visitors.
Saturday’s goal becomes Gyasi’s second goal in 21 appearances for Spezia this season.
