Boakye, 28, has sealed a short-term move to Polish side Górnik Zabrze and has been unveiled today in a brief ceremony.
During the unveiling interview the former Juventus signing spoke high of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski who is the Polish national team captain.
“I have played against Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski in the Champions League as I always say he is one of my favourite strikers. So he was good and I like the way he plays and scores too. Again, I would say it was amazing to be on the field with Lewandowski,” he recounted.

Lewandowski is currently regarded as the best striker in the world and is equally seen as one of the greatest of all-time.
