Former Kotoko Coach Maxwell Konadu has written to the Club demanding his one-year salary and signing-on-fee.
The Coach is believed to be owed after Kotoko were said to have breached the contract by terminating their deal with the former Black Stars assistant trainer.
Konadu was sacked from his duty after the team’s defeat to Al Hilal in the CAF Champions League, with assistant Johnson Smith temporarily taking charge.
He is said to have threatened legal action against the Reds should they fail to pay him what he is due.
His second stint with the Club did not go down well as he could only spend just a year with the Ghanaian giants.
Kotoko have meanwhile made Abdul Gazelle as head Coach per the Ghana Football Association report.
Reports have linked former Ghana Coach Kwesi Appiah to the job.
