Kotoko have officially announced the departure of striker Kwame Poku to Algerian side USM Alger.
The attacker leaves the Reds after a short spell with the Club.
Poku joined Kotoko last year and was only able to play a part at the Club just this season.
The 23-year-old former Nkoranza Warriors attacker managed to score 8 goals in all competitions for the Porcupine Warriors.
“Asante Kotoko have transferred forward Kwame Opoku to USM Alger ( Algeria ) after his short but impressive time here,” Kotoko posted on their twitter page.
“Everyone at #AKSC wishes ‘Bayie’ well in his future endeavours.”
He will join his new Club after honoring Ghana’s Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and São Tomé e Principe.
