Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC are set for a showdown with their former head coach Samuel Boadu, according to Kumasi-based Pure FM.
Pure FM are reporting that the Tarkwa-based side have reported the Boadu, now head coach of giants Accra Hearts of Oak, to the Ghana Football Association’s Player Statutes Committee for breach of contract.
Boadu joined Hearts in the first week of March 2021 after reportedly seeing out his contract but fresh reports claim that he has been reported to the Ghana FA for breaching his contract.
Additionally the club has also reported former assistant trainer Hamza Obeng for a similar offense and are asking him to pay GHS37,500 for breaching his contract.

Hamza, who worked as Boadu’s No. 2 during his days at Medeama, has also been strongly linked with a move to Hearts as the new assistant coach.
