Captain Andre Ayew returns to Ghana’s team to face São Tomé this afternoon.
Ayew will be joined by brother Jordan Ayew and Thomas Partey who all missed the game against South Africa.
They however replace Kwame Poku, Caleb Ekuban and Emmanuel Gyasi.
Goalkeeper Razak Abalora maintains his position in post with Abdul Ganiyu, Nicholas Opoku, Benson Annan and Abdul Baba Rahman all keeping their places.
Mohammed Kudus, Afriyie Acquah and Mubarak Wakaso also pick their spots in the starting lineup.
Osman Bukari who came on in the second half in the last game has earned himself a start this afternoon.
